2008-09 Performance tables:

A new range of statistical tables produced from information supplied by Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) in their Annual Performance and Statistical Return (APSR) are now available. Where the data is available it covers 5 years (2004/05 – 2008/09).

To ensure that the data we use to carry out our risk assessment of RSLs and to plan our regulatory engagement is robust we will be carrying out verification visits to check the data supplied for 2008-09 with a number of RSLs in the coming months.
