In October 2011, our staff took part in the third annual Civil Service-wide employee engagement survey. The survey is designed to measure different areas of employee engagement, including leadership, change, professional development and fair treatment at work.

Overall, our scores have improved and our results show that our staff work well together, support one another and are committed and motivated to deliver our objectives.
