Weslo Housing Management inspection report

The Scottish Housing Regulator today published its inspection report on Weslo Housing Management. It awarded Weslo a “Fair” rating overall.

The purpose of inspection is to provide an independent external assessment of the effectiveness of housing service delivery and make recommendations to help improvement.

Weslo Housing Management manage over 2,000 houses located across the central belt of Scotland.

Lesley Kerr, Acting Head of Inspection at the Scottish Housing Regulator, said:

“Weslo is a newly registered organisation and this is the Scottish Housing Regulator’s first inspection of its services. While Weslo is a well established landlord, it only registered with us in February 2007. Our assessments and award of a C grade reflects a relatively good level of progress and achievement by Weslo within a short period of time.”
