Regulatory Advisory Note on data issues released

The Scottish Housing Regulator has today published a Regulatory Advisory Note on data issues.  The purpose of the advisory note is to restate the importance of accuracy in the data RSLs report to the Regulator.

The note advises all RSLs on the importance of having the right information to help them manage their performance effectively now and to be ready to face future challenges.  The note highlights issues we found when carrying out visits to verify the data supplied by RSLs in their Annual Performance and Statistical Return (APSR).  It also draws attention to our Data Matters report published in April 2010.
