Our standards
We have set out the standards we aim to achieve in our service charter. We will treat everyone we deal with fairly and equally. We aim to be punctual, reliable, courteous and friendly.
If you write to or e-mail us, we will answer your letter or e-mail within eight working days and if we can't provide a reply within this time, we will acknowledge your letter/e-mail, in writing or by telephone, and give you a date when we expect to give you a more detailed response.
