Openness and accessibility thematic study

Our thematic study, Open and Accessible? A thematic study into how social landlords share information about performance and governance, provides a national picture of the level of information landlords provide to their tenants and other people who have an interest in their services. The study is based on national research and case studies with 13 landlords. It also involved our tenant assessors in reviewing information that landlords produce.
