Annual Performance and Statistical Return (APSR) Forms & Guidance
2007/08 return
All mainstream, small, management only Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) and LHO sub-committees (managing stock on behalf of Glasgow Housing Association) are due to complete this year’s Annual Performance and Statistical Return (APSR) on-line by 1 June.
All organisations will have been contacted during March to confirm the arrangements for submission of on-line returns to the Scottish Housing Regulator.
Abbeyfield Societies will submit their return by post.
Changes to the return
A summary of changes to the 2007/08 return is available to download.

Samples of the APSR forms and accompanying guidance notes are available to download below. Where documents contain reference to Communities Scotland, this should be read as the Scottish Housing Regulator from 1st April 2008.
