We collect a range of statistical and performance information from all Registered Social Landlords (RSLs). This information is used to monitor the performance of organisations and informs our annual risk-based assessment and regulatory engagement.

You can access sample APSR return forms and guidance for 2010-11.

You can access performance tables about:

• housing stock

• lettings and voids

• rents and arrears

• evictions

• house sales

These are mainly shown by RSL peer groups, but also by local authority area.

Benchmarking data is available which contains contextual details and performance information for each RSL.
