Shared Equity

What is the New Supply Shared Equity scheme?

The New Supply Shared Equity scheme mostly involves registered social landlords building new homes for sale.

The brochure Helping You To Become A Home Owner contains information about this scheme. It is available in Arabic, Bengali, Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Polish, Punjabi and Urdu.

We are working with registered social landlords across the country to confirm locations for New Supply Shared Equity homes. You can get details about projects and registered social landlords participating in the scheme from the following:

Argyll and Clyde

Glasgow

Grampian

Highlands and Islands

Lothian, Borders and Fife

South West Scotland

Tayside and Forth Valley

The new supply scheme is run by Communities Scotland, the City of Edinburgh Council and Glasgow City Council. If you would like a copy of the brochure please contact the relevant local contacts.

Operational grant procedures for the New Supply Shared Equity scheme have been produced for registered social landlords, Communities Scotland, the City of Edinburgh Council and Glasgow City Council.
