Hints and Tips – how to manage the process
• Use the Outcome Agreement as a reference document throughout the regeneration programme to remind partners what they signed up for. It can also be used to show the impact to local communities and other stakeholders
• Ensure that community engagement forms an essential element of an outcome based approach to regeneration
• Ensure that partners are engaged throughout the process and that they feel empowered to make decisions that will be reflected in the regeneration outcome strategy
• Keep in regular contact with all partners who are involved in the outcome agreement, so that any difficulties in reaching anticipated targets can be identified as early as possible.
