Inspection Advisory Group (IAG)
This group provides a forum for stakeholders to review the quality and consistency of inspection reports. It has members from a range of organisations including:
• Local authorities;
• Registered Social Landlords (RSLs);
• The Scottish Federation of Housing Associations (SFHA);
• Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA); and
• Tenants Regulation Advisory Group (TRAG).
The group also monitors the achievement of changes to inspection reporting arising from the evaluation of the pathfinder inspection.
