Participation Structure

Tenants Regulation Advisory Group (TRAG)

This group was formed following a tenants’ seminar organised by Communities Scotland. It currently has around 20 members from both Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) and local authorities.

The group aims to:

• Ensure we ask the questions that are important to tenants;

• Ensure we are influenced by and represent tenants’ views;

• Improve the quality of social housing through influencing the regulation process; and

• Provide input into, and influence the decision of RAG and the Regulation Board.
