Briefing Notes

User Briefing Notes

HomePoint has created a series of briefing notes in response to feedback from organisations who are interpreting and implementing the Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Services. The briefing notes clarify individual Standards, telling why the Standard exists, when and how to implement it and how to review the process. They clarify links to other Standards and use case studies to give examples of how to apply the Standard in practice.

These briefing notes address the experience of both the statutory and voluntary sector and answer some of the questions frequently raised by organisations.

Briefing notes:

Community profiling

Independent review and evaluation

Recording service-wide activity

User feedback

Conflict of Interest

If any organisation would like a User Briefing Note on a Standard that is not covered here please e-mail HomePoint.
