Submission
5.1 Local authorities must, when required to do so, submit their LHS to Scottish Ministers. Communities Scotland will continue to assess LHS on behalf of Scottish Ministers.
5.2 In submitting their LHS, local authorities are asked to send three copies of the strategy and all supporting documents to the Planning Manager at their local Communities Scotland Area Office and not directly to the Scottish Executive or Scottish Ministers. Where practicable, an additional copy on a CD-ROM should also be supplied.
