Scottish Housing Regulator- Corporate Plan for 2011/12
Our corporate plan for 2011/12 has been agreed with Scottish Ministers. It sets out our purpose as a regulator and what our objectives will be this year. This will be a transitional year for the agency, as we continue to deliver effective regulation under the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 and support the new Regulator’s Board to consult on its future regulatory framework. We will report on what we have achieved in our annual report.
The plan covers the period up to 31 March 2012, after which the new housing Regulator will assume its full regulatory functions under the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010.
