Lesley is responsible for delivering an efficient and effective inspection service. Her teams inspect registered social landlords and the landlord and homeless services of local authorities to provide assurance and act as a catalyst for improvement. They conduct individual and thematic inspections, and publish their findings. Our inspection teams are supported by tenant assessors.
